Jennifer Vazquez tips

1. What went well (celebrate it)?

2. What needs work (neutrally acknowledge it)?

3. Now what (be curious)?

Instead of reacting, criticizing or ruminating, choose to move forward (curiously and neutrally) with a micro-action you can do now. Practice your 1-2-3s to keep your brain from a negative self-talk loop so you continue to learn, grow and celebrate. Repeat as often as possible as you keep moving toward what you want to do, be or create!
