June 21 Gig Harbor marks the longest day of the year with Fest4All, a free all-day celebration running from noon to 9 pm across multiple stages at Uptown Gig Harbor. Now in its sixth year, the event is organized by United by Music North America and brings musicians of all styles to open-air venues throughout the shopping center. Gig Harbor's biggest summer weekend returns June 6-7 with the Grande Parade stepping off Saturday at 10 am along Harborview Drive under the theme "Stars and Stripes." The two-day festival draws up to 8,000 people each day to the downtown waterfront for live music across two stages, food vendors, a children's fair, and the Wheels on the Water Car Show on Sunday. The Blessing of the Fleet, a Knights of Columbus tradition honoring those lost at sea, closes out Sunday afternoon.
