What began as a simple idea to help local elders remain in their homes and community as they age has grown into a trusted network of programs, volunteers, and partnerships that keep seniors connected, supported, and thriving.
Programs are tailored to the challenges of this rural area, where resources and transportation can be limited. “We listen closely to our community and build programs around what people truly need,” says Programs Manager Julie Crane. “Our goal is to make sure every senior has the choice to age safely and comfortably where they feel at home.”
