The Star Awards Event honors non-Rotarians who exemplify Rotary’s motto of “Service Above Self,” with the event raising funds for charities designated by the honorees. The three Rotary Clubs of Gig Harbor have announced their 2023 STAR Awards honorees. Rick Bennett, Wallace and Cammie Watts, and Timothy Kezele are being honored for their contributions to the Gig Harbor and Key Peninsula communities. The event takes place 5:30 to 8:30pm on February 2 at Canterwood Golf and Country Club. Registration can be found online at GigHarborChamber.net.
